March is Women’s History Month, and I’m excited to honor some of the incredible women I’ve had the privilege of photographing! Throughout the month, I’ll be sharing images and stories of women in business—entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders who are making an impact in their industries and communities.
This series is all about visibility, empowerment, and inspiration. By highlighting these amazing women, I hope to showcase their hard work, celebrate their successes, and encourage others to chase their own dreams.
Tatiana was raised by side hustler entrepreneurs, which ignited her passion for helping others as a Business Connector and Coach. She inspires hope for women to flourish in life and business through her curated conferences, networking events, and her online community, the Free to Flourish Society. Tatiana works with entrepreneurs on a variety of projects, from pop-up shops and event planning to passion revenue and more.
Her journey includes overcoming challenges such as being laid off from a toxic job, navigating rocky relationships, and dealing with a myriad of medical issues. By changing her environment, she transformed her life, which positively impacted how she shows up in her business. Tatiana’s goal is to help women embark on their own flourishing journey of self-discovery and mastery so they can create a greater impact in the world.
On a personal note, Tatiana is a 90s R&B lover who can always be found dancing and singing in the shopping aisle. She’s a small business supporter, a mom of two, and a sassy Latina living in Springfield, MA, with a passion for pineapple and coconut!
Which woman in history has inspired you the most, and what about her story resonates with you?
I don’t read many autobiographies, but when I saw that Viola Davis had written hers, I had to pick it up. I faithfully watched her in How to Get Away with Murder and remember watching her in The Help (2011), Fences (2016), and later The Woman King (2022). I learned about her upbringing in poverty and her incredible story of making it into Julliard, later landing incredible roles, and even finding love. I especially enjoy stories of women who become “successful” later in life. It shows that you have the passion behind what you do, but it’s never too late for you. You never know when things will shift drastically in your favor. It’s a journey similar to what I teach about flourishing in life and business. It’s a never-ending journey of becoming and living authentically with you.
Is there a particular quote from a woman in history that you live by or find empowering? Why?
“We all have purpose even if we’re still striving to understand what that is.” – Angela Bassett. I’ve seen many women get so stuck on determining their purpose that they become stagnant or they are waiting for the right time to start. Whether that’s waiting till they get a promotion or waiting for their kids to grow up, there’s a lot of waiting. In the exploration of finding their purpose, it will suddenly become clear and they just have to keep moving forward little by little.
As a woman making her own history, what impact do you hope to have on future generations of women?
I hope to make women feel seen. I’m not only their biggest cheerleader, but I see all they do and are becoming. Regardless of their faults or shortcomings, they are worthy, valuable, necessary, and capable of doing and being more than all that God has called them to be. All they need is the one person to see them for who they truly are so they will have the courage to move forward boldly, messy, imperfectly, and authentically themselves.

Which woman in history has inspired you the most, and what about her story resonates with you?
There are so many inspiring women throughout history, but I recently found myself revisiting Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg. I’ve always admired her journey as a leader at powerhouse companies like Google and Facebook.
One thing that really stuck with me this time around is her message about “leaning in” to opportunities, even when they feel intimidating or out of reach. She encourages women to take risks, speak up, and go after leadership roles without second-guessing themselves. I think this is so important, especially for entrepreneurs and business owners who are constantly navigating challenges and looking for ways to grow. It’s a great reminder that sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from stepping out of your comfort zone.

From the book Lean In, this really resonated with me, and I encourage every woman to give it a read, “Sit at the table. Don’t sit on the sidelines. Don’t sit at the back of the room. Take risks. Ask questions. Make your presence known.”

As a woman making her own history, what impact do you hope to have on future generations of women?
I hope to empower women to take control of their lives by showing them that balance, clarity and success come from intentional choices – NOT PERFECTION. I want them to see that discipline is freedom, and that by organizing their space, time and mindset, they can create a life that aligns with their true values. Through my work, I strive to lead by example, proving that small consistent actions lead to lasting transformation. I want women to know that they don’t need to be consumed by chaos, they have the power to declutter the noise, step into their confidence and live with purpose. My impact will be a ripple effect, inspiring women to show up fully in their own lives and, in turn, uplift others to do the same

Which woman in history has inspired you the most, and what about her story resonates with you?
My grandmother, Rosinda Rosa. I keep a photo of her on my closet shelf to remind myself that everything I do, I do because she never had the opportunity to. She raised seven children in a tiny home in a country that wasn’t developed at the time. Her entire life revolved around cooking and cleaning. She never had the opportunity to do much else- back in the day women weren’t even allowed to wear pants or ride bikes!
