Once you’re ready to discuss event photography, the first step is completing the contact form with a few details about your event. Because every event is different, coverage is customized based on factors such as location, schedule, number of attendees, and the type of moments you’d like documented.
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll review the event details, discuss priorities for coverage, and determine what photography support will best fit your needs. From there, I’ll provide a customized proposal outlining coverage and deliverables. Once everything is confirmed, a contract and retainer invoice will be sent to officially reserve your event date.
As the event approaches, we’ll finalize the timeline, key moments to capture, and any logistical details to ensure the day runs smoothly. My goal is to understand the flow of your event so I can document both the important moments and the overall atmosphere.
Following the event, your edited gallery will be delivered online for viewing and download.
