How long has Amanda DeNardo Coaching been in business and what inspired you to start it?
6 years. It is my passion and purpose to serve as I knew I was meant to help people when I was as young as 13 years old. I previously worked as a school counselor with high school students.

What is your favorite place in your office/studio/home?
I love looking out the window in my office at my desk as I have a view of the mountains.
What is your favorite meal and from where?
I’m a sucker for good pasta, prosciutto, mozzarella…. or steak… federal, tosca… lots of fav
restaurants.
What’s your favorite thing about your business? Most rewarding? Most challenging?
I love watching my clients find the miracles from coaching… realize their results that they created from holding every thought captive thanks to their coached brain.
The challenge in biz is always the uncertainty but I am learning to actually LOVE the uncertainty.

What do you do for fun in your down time?
Travel… walk outside… go out to dinner with friends
What’s your exercise/self care routine?
I work out every day except Sundays (cycle, intense whole body work outs/ run)
Tell me a little about your family life!
Married almost 11 years… daughter 10 … son 7 … I’m so blessed and I make it a point to be very intentional with the home I am creating for my children/family and I am very intentional about flirting and dating my hubby.

What do you want to achieve in the future?
I want to have a multi-million dollar biz that is created my way for my life and serves hundred of thousands of people and changes their lives. I also want to contribute financially to people who need support.
